Request: County Staff is proposing an amendment to the current 1041 Permit for the I-70 Floyd Hill to Veterans Memorial Tunnels Project in order to clarify the relocation of utilities currently wihtin the I-70 right-of-way between mile markers 243 and 245.  As a result of the hgihway improvement, utilities must be relocated.

Location:  I-70 right of way betwen mileposts 243 and 245 between the exits for Hidden Valley and U.S. Hwy. 6.
