TAXPAYERS

All unpaid REAL, MOBILE HOME and PERSONAL PROPERTY Taxes for the tax year 2023 are now DELINQUENT. Notice of such delinquency was mailed to each taxpayer week of July 01, 2024.

 The Delinquent Mobile Home and Personal Property Tax List will PUBLISH in the Clear Creek Courant September 12, 2024

The Real Property Tax List will be PUBLISH in the Clear Creek Courant issues of October 24, 31 & November 07, 2024

To avoid additional publication costs and penalties, taxpayers should remit Certified Funds before September 30, 2024.

TAX LIEN SALE WILL BE HELD AS AN INTERNET AUCTION  One Day Only - FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 15, 2024 

(NO tax payments will be accepted after November 14, 2024 or during the tax lien sale auction) Redemptions of tax liens sold this year will be available December 01, 2024
