When Can I Apply For A Treasurer’s Deed?

Three years following the Date of the Tax Lien Auction, AN APPLICATION FOR A PUBLIC AUCTION OF A CERTIFICATE OF OPTION FOR TREASURER’S DEED may be submitted to the Treasurer. Please note that there is a current waiting list.
It will take approximately five months to go through the Deed process and the Certificate can be redeemed at any time by the assessed owner throughout that process. The cost to begin a Treasurers Deed is $1,500.00 and the assessed value is greater than $500.00.
