Part One.  Introduction

The Clear Creek County Facilities Department is seeking a qualified firm to perform the following tasks for the Clear Creek County Animal Shelter in Dumont:

  • Update/Replace existing HVAC system and controls.
  • Update/Replace existing water heater.

This Project is included in our 2021 Capital Improvement Plan, estimated starting date ASAP. Funding for the project is included in the Clear Creek County General Fund, Capital Plan.

Construction is to be completed by July 1, 2021.

Part Two.  Background

The firm selected will be responsible for assisting Clear Creek County Facilities Department to ensure that construction is done to the best interest of the County. They will also be responsible for performing required testing and inspection and complying with all of the documentation requirements and permits specified by Clear Creek County Building Department.

The Project is located at 500 West Dumont Road, Dumont. A Project map is attached. Plans and specifications for the project are available on the County website: https://www.clearcreekcounty.us/bids.aspx
