CLEAR CREEK COUNTY PUBLIC NOTICE
MAJOR PLAN AMENDMENT
CASE NO. PDA2013-0003
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following application for a major plan amendment has been submitted to the Board of County Commissioners, Clear Creek County, State of Colorado:
Request: The applicant proposes to amend the Colorado Easter Seals Official Development Plan in order to amend the lease area for the existing telecommunications tower and associated uses. The proposal is to replace an existing 43 foot telecommunications tower with a 85 foot monopole or monopine telecommunications tower, relocate and expand to an approximate 2500 square foot fenced area with multiple proposed equipment buildings to replace the current 140 square foot equipment building, and also to accommodate co-location of multiple cell phone providers.

Location: 2644 & 2650 Alvarado Empire, CO, 80438.
Hearing Dates: The Clear Creek County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on the 18th day of December, 2013, at 6:30 pm, to consider the major plan amendment application before recommending approval, approval with conditions, or denial to the Board of County Commissioners. The location of the public hearing is the Idaho Springs City Hall, 1711 Miner Street, Idaho Springs, CO 80452, where and when all parties may appear and be heard.
Prior to final action, the Clear Creek Board of County Commissioners will hold a public hearing on the 14th day of January, 2013, at 1:00 pm, to consider the major plan amendment application. The location of the public hearing is the Commissioners' Hearing Room in the Clear Creek County Courthouse, Sixth and Argentine Streets, Georgetown CO, 80444, where and when all parties may appear and be heard.
All Planning Commission and Board of County Commissioner Public Hearings are subject to change and/or may be continued to another date. No further notification of meeting dates will be mailed out by the Planning Department. Therefore, please contact the Planning Department to determine if this case has been continued or the meeting date has been changed.
