Executive Session to receive legal advice

Pursuant to C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(b), for the County Attorney to meet with the Board of County Commissioners for the purpose of receiving legal advice on specific legal questions concerning financing and funding mechanisms for the purchase of four mobile home parks in Clear Creek County.

Pursuant to C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(b), for the County Attorney to conference with the Board of County Commissioners for the purpose of receiving legal advice on specific legal questions concerning current and potential claims and litigation against the Clear Creek Sheriff’s Office, and coverage for claims through the Colorado Counties Casualty and Property Pool administered by CTSI.

Pursuant to C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(b), for the County Attorney to meet with the Board of County Commissioners for the purpose of receiving legal advice on specific legal questions pertaining to the County’s Open Space Commission.
