A. Pursuant to C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(b) and (e), for the Board of County Commissioners to confer with the County Attorney for the purposes of: 1) receiving legal advice on specific legal questions relating to matters involving potential litigation or other action to address a decision by the Lookout Mountain Water District that will negatively impact the ability of Clear Creek High School and surrounding areas to provide for fire suppression and other public safety needs, in addition to other potential adverse impacts; and, 2) determining positions relative to matters that may be subject to negotiations; developing strategy for negotiations; and instructing negotiators with regard to the aforementioned issue.

 

B. Pursuant to C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(b) and (e), for the Board of County Commissioners to confer with the County Attorney for the purposes of: 1) receiving legal advice on specific legal questions relating to proposed legislation; and, 2) determining positions relative to matters that may be subject to negotiations; developing strategy for negotiations; and instructing negotiators with regard to the proposed legislation.
