Executive Session to receive legal advice

Pursuant to C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(b), for the County Attorney to meet with the Board of County Commissioners for the purpose of receiving legal advice on specific legal questions pertaining to the status of Dumont Cemetery, including questions related to finances and funding mechanisms for ongoing management, maintenance and preservation.

Pursuant to C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(b), for the County Attorney to meet with the Board of County Commissioners for the purpose of receiving legal advice on specific legal questions concerning process and procedures related to quasi-judicial hearings.

Pursuant to C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(b), for the County Attorney to meet with the Board of County Commissioners for the purpose of receiving legal advice on specific legal questions concerning financing and funding mechanisms for the purchase of four mobile home parks in Clear Creek County.

Pursuant to C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(b), for the County Attorney to meet with the Board of County Commissioners for the purpose of receiving legal advice on specific legal questions pertaining to C.R.S. § 30-11-107.5 and collection of the County’s lodging tax.

Pursuant to C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(a) and (e), for the County Attorney to meet with the Board of County Commissioners for the purposes of: 1) receiving direction related to the purchase, acquisition, lease, transfer, or sale of any real, personal, or other property interest in communication towers located on Raven Rd. and Upper Elk Valley Dr.; and, 2) determining positions relative to matters that may be subject to negotiation; or determining negotiating strategies; or instructing negotiators with regard to those transactions.
