11. Work Session: Direction to Staff Regarding Comments on the CDOT 10-Year Plan

12. Executive Sessions: The Board will move into executive session for the following purposes:

 

A. Pursuant to C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(a) and (e), for the County Attorney to meet with the Board of County Commissioners for the purposes of: 1) receiving direction related to the purchase, acquisition, lease, transfer, or sale of any real, personal, or other property interest related to water supply for Lawson Mobile Home Park; and, 2) determining positions relative to matters that may be subject to negotiations; developing strategy for negotiations; and instructing negotiators with regard to a new Water Leasing and Basin-Wide Augmentation Plan Participation Agreement for that water supply.

 

B. Pursuant to C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(b) and (e), for the Board of County Commissioners to confer with the County Attorney for the purposes of: 1) receiving legal advice on specific legal questions relating to code enforcement cases COD-25-162, COD-25-164 and 25-112 (Clear Creek Getaway and Rick Bressem); and, 2) determining positions relative to matters that may be subject to negotiations; developing strategy for negotiations; and instructing negotiators with regard to the aforementioned code enforcement cases.

 

C. Pursuant to C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(b), for the Board of County Commissioners to confer with the County Attorney for the purpose of receiving legal advice on specific legal questions pertaining to roles and authorities defined by statute relating to land use regulation, zoning code interpretation, and code enforcement responsibilities within the County, and the legal and governance implications arising from the County’s current administrative structure.

 

D. Pursuant to C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(b) and (e), for the Board of County Commissioners to confer with the County Attorney for the purposes of: 1) receiving legal advice on specific legal questions relating to matters involving potential litigation or other action to address a decision by the Lookout Mountain Water District that will negatively impact the ability of Clear Creek High School and surrounding areas to provide for fire suppression and other public safety needs, in addition to other potential adverse impacts; and, 2) determining positions relative to matters that may be subject to negotiations; developing strategy for negotiations; and instructing negotiators with regard to the aforementioned issue.

 

E. Pursuant to C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(b) and (e), for the Board of County Commissioners to confer with the County Attorney for the purposes of: 1) receiving legal advice on specific legal questions relating to proposed legislation; and, 2) determining positions relative to matters that may be subject to negotiations; developing strategy for negotiations; and instructing negotiators with regard to the proposed legislation.
