Facilities Maintenance

The Facilities Maintenance Department is responsible for repair and upkeep of County buildings.  We strive to provide employees and visitors of Clear Creek County buildings with a safe, clean and comfortable environment.  To request maintenance at a County building, please Submit a Facility Maintenance Work order. 

Mapping/GIS

The Mapping Department manages and maintains the County Geographic Information System (GIS).  The GIS allows us to visualize, question, analyze and interpret data to understand geo-spatial relationships, patterns and trends.

Special Projects

Special Projects Division coordinates and administers many special goals and projects initiated by the Board of County Commissioners. 

Water Resources

The Water Resources Department provides management of the Clear Creek County Water Bank.  Administration of the decreed Basin-Wide Augmentation Plan (Case No. 05CW302) enables the County to lease water to customers for land uses and improvements to promote economic development and affordable housing.
